The services we offer.
Zoe's Birth Place is a midwifery practice that provides midwifery services to pregnant women, delivering their babies in an out of hospital birth setting. This practice is dedicated to providing personalized and holistic care to expectant mothers and their families. We believe in empowering women to make informed choices about their pregnancy and birth, and we are committed to supporting them every step of the way.
Prenatal Care
When you hire a midwife to help you through your prenatal care you are getting the best care available because I have the time to go the extra mile. Prenatal appointments are similar to when you see a doctor. We offer the medical tests and exams that you would get with a doctor. The difference is we also do a lot of natural and holistic education and conversation as well. We will discuss all of your concerns and find solutions together. I can help you with diet, exercise, pregnancy discomforts and education. I will be checking on you and the baby to make sure you are both healthy. I will be making sure the baby is healthy by checking its growth, heart rate, fluid levels, and reactivity. I will also check your vitals and offer any labs or ultrasounds you may want.

Birth Services
Here at Zoe's Birth Place we understand that women want to have a safe, empowering birth experience, where they feel heard and respected. Our midwife is safe, professional, empathetic, very knowledgeable and experienced in all birth settings. However you want to birth, we will be there to make sure you and the baby are safe and well cared for.
Newborn Care
We are so excited to help you care for your new baby in the weeks that follow birth. Our midwife is very experienced with breast feeding and normal newborn care. We can do weight checks as well as checking the babies vitals to help parents feel comfortable with the health of their baby. After the birth the midwife will file for the babies birth certificate and social security card. We will be here to support you every step of the way as new things come up you can always call and have expert advise in those moments.
Postpartum care
It is our pleasure to support a new family as they start their parenting journey and recovery from birth. Women need support from a knowledgeable midwife after birth to make sure they are healing well and getting the attention to detail that they need. We offer home visits after the birth so women can stay in bed and focus on resting. We will check vitals and make sure your body is healing normally after the birth by checking stitches, bleeding, uterine health and many other things. We will always be available to answer questions or help with concerns that come up.
